GALION―An investigation into a hit-skip accident that was reported at 9:57 a.m. Wednesday in the Brandt Road area led to several citations for the driver of a vehicle described in the report as an older, small, blue S-10 pickup truck.
Alexis N. Kouns was issued a citation for leaving the scene of an accident, a red light violation and driving under suspension.

12:43 a.m.-A Galion Arms resident reported that someone they know broke into their home.
2:02 a.m.-A report of a fight and drug usage was investigated in the 600 block of Harding Way East.
2:09 a.m.-A domestic dispute was investigated in the 500 block of Galion Arms. Jeremy A. Lake was arrested for disorderly conduct and taken to the Crawford County Justice Center.
7:30 a.m.-A report of a rollover accident was investigated in the 8000 block of Ohio 97.
12:11 p.m.-A resident turned in a gun that was left at their house.
1:35 p.m.-A Charles Street resident reported a man threatened them with a knife.
3:40 p.m.-A report of a reckless driver was investigated in the 200 block of Libby Lane. The man was issued a warning for trespassing on the property at Hyatt Court.
4:11 p.m.-A welfare check on a child was conducted in the 300 block of Mansfield Street. The parents were advised to take the child for medical treatment.
4:23 p.m.-Matthew R. Hardy was issued a citation for expired tags in the North Jefferson Street area.
8 p.m.-A report of a suspicious man around a vacant house in the 1000 block of Charles Street was investigated.
10:02 p.m.-A report of a fight in the 100 block of Harding Way East was investigated. It was a verbal dispute between two men.
11:03 p.m.-A report of several juveniles out walking in the Harding Way East area past curfew was investigated and three juveniles were arrested for curfew violations.
