BUCYRUS―An elderly man was arrested on Monday morning after a report of a man with a gun in his waistband while at the city garage in the 300 block of West Irving Street.

Officers responded to the call at 10:02 a.m. and arrested Robert Rogers, 83, for carrying a concealed weapon and having weapons under disability. He was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held for court.

8:01 a.m.-A 15-year-old male was arrested in the 400 block of Norton Way and charged with domestic violence. He was taken to Juvenile Court.

10:00 a.m.-Officers investigated an open line 911 in the 300 block of Lawn Avenue.

10:33 a.m.-An Orra St resident reported damage to a building caused by utility workers. He was referred to AEP.

11:53 a.m.-Officers made a welfare check in the 800 block of South Poplar Street.

1:10 p.m.-A report of a person riding a 4-wheeler in the 300 block of West Irving Street was investigated.

1:57 p.m.-Officers investigated a domestic dispute in the area of Auto Avenue.

2:30 p.m.-A parking complaint in the 800 block of South East Street was investigated.

3:05 p.m.-Officers checked the area of West Mansfield and Sears Streets for a suspicious vehicle.

3:13 p.m.- A suspicious person was reported in the area of Auto and Penn Avenues.

3:30 p.m.- A welfare check was requested in the 300 block of Short Street.

3:40 p.m.- Officers assisted Crawford County Children’s Services personnel in the 1700 block of Marion Road.

4:15 p.m.- A hit-skip accident was reported in the 600 block of North Sandusky Avenue.

5:53 p.m.- A caller reported damage to the American flag on Washington Square and said it was partially on the ground. It was brought to the police department and it was discovered that the grommet holding the flag to the cable had broken.

5:58 p.m.- A traffic complaint regarding an ATV was made in the area of Schaber and Willard Streets.

6:03 p.m.- A theft report was taken in the area of East Warren and Lane Streets.

6:18 p.m.- A suspicious vehicle was reported in the 900 block of Hopley Avenue.

7:37 p.m.- A traffic complaint of a road hazard was made on Woodlawn Avenue.

7:49 p.m.- A report of an attempted breaking and entering was made in the 600 block of South Walnut Street.

8:40 p.m.- A welfare check was requested in the 1000 block of Tiffin Street.

8:43 p.m.- Officers responded to a domestic argument in the 400 block of East Mansfield Street. Jose Caudillo, 27, was arrested on a Crestline Police Department warrant. He was released to Crestline Police officers.

11:12 p.m.-Officers responded with EMS personnel to the 400 block of Wallace Avenue for an unknown medical emergency.
