BUCYRUS―Three people were arrested at 10:56 a.m. Sunday morning after police searched a residence in the 100 block of East Warren Street.

Jeremy Smith, 26, Karissa Smith, 46, and Kristopher Davidson, 35, were arrested for felony possession of drugs. Smith and Davidson also had active felony arrest warrants. Davidson was also wanted for a hit-skip crash and driving under suspension from an incident in 2019.

Officers seized a large amount of suspected crack cocaine, crystal meth, tar heroin, suspected “grey death” heroin with fentanyl and a small amount of marijuana. Other evidence of drug paraphernalia was also seized.

All three people arrested are being held at the Crawford County Justice Center pending court appearances.

8:33 a.m.-A two-vehicle non-injury crash was reported in the intersection of Poplar and West Mansfield Streets.

9:25 a.m.-Officers investigated a possible vandal complaint in the 200 block of Crossroads Boulevard.

9:50 a.m.-Officers assisted EMS personnel in the 100 block of West Mansfield Street with a male pedestrian who had fallen in the road.

11:54 a.m.-Officers investigated a parking complaint in the 200 block of West Warren Street.

4:43  p.m.-Officers investigated reported suspicious persons in the 400 block of Plymouth Street. They were registered solicitors.

7:21  p.m.-Officers did a welfare check in the 1700 block of Marion Road.

7:30 p.m.- A welfare check was requested in the 1300 block of Whetstone Street.

9:19 p.m.- Officers assisted the Crawford County Sheriff’s Department in the area of Woodlawn Avenue and Failor Street.

9:51 p.m.- A disturbance in the 800 block of Wilbur Street was loud children.

10:04 p.m.- A disturbance in the 500 block of Failor Street was investigated. It was a domestic dispute between brothers and one of those involved left the area.

10:15 p.m.- A written traffic warning was issued in the area of Lane and Mary Streets.

11:53 p.m.-A 911 hang-up call was investigated in the 500 block of Failor Avenue. No incident was located.

12:09 a.m.-A traffic citation for driving under suspension was issued in the Plymouth St and Sandusky Ave area. The driver also had a warrant out of Crawford County. They were issued a court date.

12:35 a.m.-Officers responded to an animal complaint in the 500 block of Prospect Street. The owner tended to their dogs.

12:54 a.m.-A parking citation was issued in the 100 block of Wallace Avenue.

10:32 a.m.-Officers attempted a welfare check in the 800 block of South Sandusky Avenue.

10:48 a.m.-A report of a disturbance was investigated in the 1300 block of Willard Street. It was a civil dispute and the parties dispersed.

1:35 p.m.-A 35-year-old man was arrested on a Richland County warrant in the 600 block of North Lane Street after a report of a disturbance in the area. Jerry Carroll was intoxicated and refusing to leave the area. He was taken to the Crawford County Justice to be held for Richland County authorities.

2:21 p.m.-A resident in the 100 block of Franklin Street reported damage to her yard by a vehicle during the night.

3:00  p.m.-Officers assisted EMS personnel in the 500 block of South Poplar Street.

8:16  p.m.-Officers delivered a message for the Crawford County Sheriff’s Office.

9:02  p.m.-Officers investigated a suspicious person in the 200 block of Gaius Street. Three males had been seen running across the street from the caller.

9:11  p.m.-Officers investigated a reported suspicious person in the 500 block of South East Street. A security check was made of the property for the caller.

10:01 p.m.- A traffic stop was made and Norman Shope III was arrested in the 400 block of North Sandusky Avenue on a Crawford County warrant. He was also issued a traffic citation for driving under suspension and he was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held for court. The passenger in his vehicle was issued a citation for wrongful entrustment.

12:28 a.m.-Officers responded to a juvenile complaint in the East Southern Avenue and Rogers Street area. The kids were trying to get to their friend’s house.

12:59 a.m.-Officers investigated a disturbance in the Washington Square area and the people dispersed.

1:07 a.m.-A suspicious vehicle in the 900 block of West Perry Street was a parent picking up a student after an event.

1:17 a.m.-Officers attempted to serve a warrant in the Washington Square area.

2:07 a.m.-A report of a drunk person banned from a bar was investigated in the 100 block of West Mansfield Street.

3:00 a.m.-Officers assisted the Ohio State Patrol in the 600 block of South Sandusky Avenue at a traffic stop involving a vehicle search.

6:09 a.m.-Officers investigated a report of a suspicious person in the 300 block of Hopley Avenue.

8:21 a.m.-Officers investigated a report of a disturbance regarding an unwelcome person in the 1300 block of Willard Street.

11:21 a.m.-Officers investigated a person entering a vacant house. The man was issued a minor misdemeanor citation for possession of marijuana and warned of trespass.

11:24 a.m.-Officers checked the 700 block of South Sandusky Avenue after a report of a suspicious parked vehicle with the motor on in the area.

1:09 p.m.-A report of a possible domestic in the 700 block of Wilbur Street was unfounded.

1:24 p.m.-Officers investigated a report of vandalism by a broken window in the 1200 block of Sherman Street.

2:20 p.m.- A report of loud music in the 100 block of Iron Street was investigated.

2:48 p.m.- A report of possible vandalism in the 200 block of East Mansfield Street was made.

4:07 p.m.- A report of possible drug use was investigated.

4:50 p.m.-Officers disposed of syringes and spoon found in the area of Plymouth and High Streets.

5:18 p.m.-A domestic disturbance was reported by a walk-in complainant at the police department.

6:53 p.m.- A report of an intoxicated male wearing a light brown jacket and hat walking in the 1600 block of Marion Road was investigated. The male was not located.

7:02 p.m.- A traffic complaint of a motorist not using headlamps was made on South Lane Street.

7:53 p.m.- A report of a dog barking in the 400 block of East Charles Street was investigated. The owner was notified of the complaint.

8;50 p.m.-A theft report was made in the 1300 block of Home Circle Drive. A male known to the complainants had taken a car key fob and was using it to turn on the car.

9:19  p.m.-Officers investigated a disturbance in the 100 block of Dudley Street. A pedestrian wearing a suede jacket and jeans was yelling into a cell phone while walking.

12:33  a.m.-Officers investigated a reported suspicious person car prowling in the area of Sear and Ann Streets.

12:35  a.m.-Officers investigated a reported suspicious person wearing a white shirt or jacket and shorts in the 400 block of West Mansfield Street. Reportedly the man tried to get into the caller’s vehicle stating he needed a ride. The man was last seen in the wooded area near Riveredge trailer court.

1:19  a.m.-Officers spoke with a person about threats he was receiving.

1:50  a.m.-Officers assisted a Crawford County Sheriff deputy on a traffic stop.

4:06  a.m.- Officer investigated a reported suspicious person wearing a white coat and sunglasses trespassing in a garage in the area of Plymouth and Earl Streets. The male was located and trespassed from the property involved.

5:46  a.m.- Officers investigated a reported suspicious person wearing shorts, a light-colored coat and sandals, with a bandana around his face walking around a residence in the 700 block of East Irving Street. Officers located the person, requested an ambulance and the man was transported to the hospital for care.
