FREDERICKTOWN — The Northmor High School sophomore class attended a career day on Dec. 5 at Kokosing Construction Company in Fredericktown.
Mark Osborn set up the career day at Kokosing with jobs related to what the Pioneer Career Center offers.

The sophomores have a chance to see what skills and education are required for each job. The students also learned about internship programs and part-time employment that are offered for high school students at Kokosing.
In January, the sophomores will be visiting Pioneer Career Center and deciding on labs with future employment.

Lunch was provided by Kokosing and the students also did a team activity of building a bridge. They learned to communicate with each other, listen and be team members with this activity. Mark Osborn complimented the students on how well they communicated and worked together in their groups with the team building activity.
