CRESTLINE — The Crestline Public Library is hosting various events during the Halloween season.
The library is hosting a pumpkin party Oct. 19 at 10 a.m. The event is for children 12 and younger who must be accompanied by an adult.
There will be a carved pumpkin contest. Those attending are asked to bring an already-carved pumpkin to the library for the party. Prizes will be awarded, and a movie and snack will be provided.
The library also will be presenting a Hocus Pocus party. Oct. 23 at 6 p.m.
Sign up is necessary as seating is limited.
Halloween snacks will be provided, and a PG-rated movie will be shown. Attendees are encouraged to wear a costume and witches are strongly encouraged. Prizes also will be given away.
