12:14 a.m.-A red, rusty bicycle found in the Public Square area was turned in to officers.

1:44 a.m.-A report of a suspicious vehicle in the 500 block of Sherman Street was investigated.

1:59 a.m.-A report of someone yelling profanity in the 200 block of Hetrick Drive was investigated. A male was issued a warning for disorderly conduct.

2:30 a.m.-Two juveniles on bicycles in the 600 block of Grove Avenue were issued warnings for curfew violations.

9:45 a.m.-A parking complaint was investigated in the 200 block of North Liberty Street.

1:06 p.m.-A non-injury accident was investigated in the 200 block of Portland Way North.

2:01 p.m.-A well-being check was conducted in the 400 block of Euclid Avenue.

5:41 p.m.-A domestic dispute was investigated in the 500 block of South Union Street.

6:44 p.m.-A hit-skip accident was investigated in the Public Square area.

7:04 p.m.-A report of a vehicle without a placard parked in a handicap parking spot at Powers Reservoir was investigated. The owner of the vehicle moved it to another location.

7:18 p.m.-A non-injury accident was investigated in the 100 block of East Payne Avenue. One person was issued a citation for failure to control and driving without a license. Ronk’s Towing assisted at the scene.

7:31 p.m.-A Baehr Street resident reported their fence broken and a cell phone found in their backyard.

7:55 p.m.-A Libby Lane resident reported receiving harassing phone calls from someone they know.

8:18 p.m.-A non-injury accident was investigated in the 200 block of Portland Way North.

8:51 p.m.-A cell phone found in the 400 block of North Market Street was turned over to officers.

9:32 p.m.-A report of a fight was investigated in the 800 block of Harding Way East.

9:43 p.m.-A report of unwanted people at a property in the 300 block of South Street was investigated.

10:43 p.m.-A report of a suspicious person in the 700 block of Clay Street was investigated.
