Three of the four people arrested during a drug bust of a King Road residence were among the 15 arraigned Monday morning in Common Pleas Court. Nine of those 15 people are charged with drug-related felonies.
Jamie Hall and the owners of the King Road residence where the search warrant was executed, Rose and Leslie Douglas, face charges ranging from permitting drug abuse to possession to drug trafficking.
Leslie Douglas faces the most serious charges of third-degree drug possession and third-degree drug trafficking. His bond was set at $500,000 by Judge Sean Leuthold.
Johnny Seitz was charged with illegal conveyance of a controlled substance into a detention facility. His bond was set at $250,000.
A complete list of those arraigned on Monday, the offenses they are charged with and bonds set are: Dustin Hoffman, F3 failure to comply ($100,000); Kaleb Hicks, F5 breaking and entering, F5 theft and M2 criminal damaging ($75,000); Johnny Seitz, F3 illegal conveyance ($250,000); David Sousa, F5 forgery and M1 theft (personal recognizance bond); Jamie Hall, F5 drug possession ($50,000); Rose Douglas, F5 permitting drug abuse ($75,000); Ryan Mason, F5 telecommunications fraud and F5 drug possession ($75,000); Leslie Douglas, F3 drug possession and F3 drug trafficking ($500,000); Jeremy Alspach, F5 drug possession ($75,000); Steven Young, F5 drug possession ($25,000); Michael Mullins, F5 drug possession ($100,000); Aaron Yeager, F2 felonious assault ($250,000); Dylan Tingle, F2 burglary ($250,000); John Meacham, F5 forgery and M1 theft (personal recognizance bond); Brooke Bayless, F3 tampering with evidence (personal recognizance bond).
Two other people had intial hearings on allegations they violated probation. Brian Thompson is alleged to have been arrested with drug paraphernalia and admitting to smoking K2. His bond was set at $150,000.
Jacob Diemer is alleged to have brought marijuana into a drug treatment program he was ordered to take part in. His bond was also set at $150,000.
