The judges in Crawford County are refusing to tread lightly when it comes to drugs in the county. Eleven people were arraigned in Crawford County Common Pleas Court Thursday, including three who had been arrested during a search warrant in January.
The high bonds set by Municipal Court Judge Sean Leuthold on Jan. 27 remained when 40-year-old Kevin Stewart, 39-year-old Melissa Stewart, and 22-year-old Brittany Johnson appeared before Common Pleas Court Magistrate Robert Clark Neff Jr. All three had been charged with possession of drugs. Kevin Stewart’s bond had been set at $100,000, Melissa Stewart’s at $150,000, and Johnson’s at $50,000.
Billy J. Riddle is up on a second degree felony burglary charge. Bond was set at $100,000 for Riddle and Sebastian Berger was appointed as his attorney.
Daniel A. Bloomfield, who is facing a felony five possession of heroin charge, had his bond set at $50,000. Andrew Motter had been appointed as his attorney.
Jordan Ernsberger (receiving stolen property and forgery) had his bond set at $25,000, Tiffani W. Rodriguez’s (possession of heroin) bond was set at $25,000, and a $10,000 bond had been set for Frankie Phipps Jr. (breaking and entering).
Personal recognizance bonds were handed out to James A. Banks Jr. (breaking and entering and theft), Nicholas Saunders (theft), and Tara Painter (possession of heroin).
