Some teams from the Northern 10 took advantage of a break in the weather and an open date on the schedule to get in make-up games rained out last week.

Wynford and Colonel Crawford baseball and softball tangled for the second night in a row, this time at Colonel Crawford. The results were similar to Monday’s as the baseball Royals defeated the Eagles 5-1 while on the softball diamond the Lady Eagles blanked the Lady Royals 9-0.

Other baseball games on Tuesday included Northmor over Buckeye Central 13-6, Seneca East handling Tiffin Calvert 8-5, Upper Sandusky defeated Ridgedale 8-1 and Pleasant doubled up on Carey 10-5.
In softball, New Rieel handed Seneca East its first loss of the season 11-5, Mohawk edged Van Buren 9-8, and Upper Sandusky whitewashed Ridgedale 14-0.
