BUCYRUS — The Wynford boys’ varsity bowling team fell short to East Knox yesterday Tuesday by a score of 2,211 to 2,143. The top Royal bowler was junior Kobie Naufzinger with a series of 394. Junior Tyler Binder followed with a pin count of 378.
The girls’ varsity defeated East Knox by a score of 1,556 to 1,284. The top Lady Royal bowler was senior Savannah Bender who rolled a 280. Freshman Kendall Naufzinger was next with a pin count of 278. Savannah was the overall high bowler and Kendall was the second overall high bowler for the match.
The boys’ JV — Blue team also took down East Knox with a score of 1,616 to 1,513. The top bowler was freshman Aiden Mason with a score of 426. He was also the overall high bowler for the match. Junior Austin Dornbirer finished with a pin count of 252.
