Local track teams ran in three separate meets on Friday.

Colonel Crawford hosted the eight-team Bob Royer Invitational. Upper Sandusky won the girls’ meet with 196 points. The Lady Eagles were second, Mohawk finished third and Crestline was eighth.

For the boys, Colonel Crawford put the trophy in the case with 181 points and Upper Sandusky was second. Crestline came in fifth and Mohawk was sixth.

Bucyrus and Buckeye Central participated in the Dick Schultz Invitational at Fostoria. Bucyrus girls finished third with 103 points and Buckeye Central followed in fourth place.

On the boys’ side, the Redmen finished fourth with 105.5 points and Buckeye Central came in eighth.

Wynford and Seneca East traveled to Castalia for the Margaretta Invitational. For the girls, Seneca East finished sixth with 69 points and Wynford came in 11th.

Seneca East boys grabbed third place with 84.25 points and Wynford finished ninth in the 11-team field.
