GALION — Buckeye Central’s Alex Kanney escalated his play on the court in a game when the Bucks needed it in an overtime win against county-rival Galion on Saturday night.
Kanney scored 16 points, approximately eight times his 2.7 points-per-game average, had two rebounds and one steal off the bench for Buckeye Central.
He made his biggest impact late in the game, hitting two 3-point baskets to help the Bucks secure the win.
