The Bucyrus Softball Association will be hosting both a Men’s and a Co-Ed Softball tournament to run in conjunction with the 51st annual Bratwurst Festival.
The event is scheduled over three days and will be played within the guidelines of the 2018 NSA rule book unless otherwise noted.
The men’s tournament begins Saturday, August 18, and ends Sunday. Entry fee is $185 per team with an additional $20 fee for hitter. Three games minimum are guaranteed. Each team will use its own NSA stamped 12-inch, 52/275 compression ball.
The Co-Ed tournament starts Friday, August 17, at 6 p.m. The field will be limited to the first 10 teams with an entry fee of $150 per team. Tournament format will be double elimination.
Each team will supply its own NSA 12-inch, 52/275 compression ball.
Entry deadline and drawing for both tournaments is 7 p.m. Wednesday, August 15, at Lions’ Field.
