MORRAL — Ridgedale is hosting the Battle on the Ridge boys’ and girls’ all-star games beginning on Feb. 16.
Schools from the entire area will have players invited, including most of the Northern 10 Athletic Conference. Other players will represent teams from as far north as Vanlue and south to Delaware and North Union.
The tournament tips off at noon this Saturday with four middle school games — two boys and two girls — on the docket.
On March 16, the tournament resumes with two girls’ varsity games beginning at noon. The following Saturday, March 23, two boys’ varsity games will be played, also starting at noon.
The venue is Ridgedale High School, 3165 Hillman-Ford Road. Admission is $5, with tickets available at the door only.
