The Bucyrus Redmen scored the first eight points of the game Wednesday night against Lucas and the first 24 points of the second half as they defeated the Cubs 67-30.
Darrien Hedges led the Redmen with 20 points; Greg Patrick had 12, Logan Plumley 11 as Bucyrus won for the 9th time on the season.
Lucas’ Jacob Miller led the Cubs with 15 points on five 3 pointers.
In the JV game, Lucas came back in the second half to win 44-35. Lucas scoring was led by Sam Davis with 11 points and Jacob Miller 10. For Bucyrus Sam VanVoorhis had 9.
