One player returned to both the girls’ and boys’ lists for Week 4 of the Crawford County Now Player of the Year Watch.

The players are in no specific order.

Girls

Jenna Karl, Sr., Buckeye Central: Karl’s scoring average slipped for the second straight week to 14.6 points per game, but she continues to lead the N10 in assists at 6.6 per game and in steals with 4.6 per contest. Karl is also fifth in the league in 3-point shooting percentage.

Jessica Bowerman, Fr. Seneca East: Bowerman is back on the watch list, maintaining the third spot in scoring. She is second in 3-point shooting percentage and sixth overall field goal percentage.

Sydney Kin, Sr., Carey: Kin moved up to fourth in scoring at 17.9 ppg. The senior also assumed the league lead in three categories: Blocks at with 3.9 per game, field goal percentage and rebounding (12.4).

Courtney Pifher, Jr., Buckeye Central: Pifher retained second in the league in scoring at 19.0 ppg. The junior is also second in rebounding (10.9) and field goal percentage and third in free throw percentage.

Abigail Fogle, Sr., Upper Sandusky: Fogle’s top scoring average actually ticked up to 21.7 ppg. She is fifth in the N10 in 3-point shooting and seventh in free throw shooting percentage.

Boys

Cody Luzader, Sr. Carey: Luzader returns to the list. He is sixth in the N10 in scoring at 16.1 ppg. He is also tied for fourth in the league in assists at 3.6 per game, sixth in steals (2.0) and fifth in 3-point shooting percentage, while attempting the most 3s (81) in the loop.

Josh Crall, So., Wynford: Crall slipped another notch this week to No. 3 in scoring at 17.8 ppg.

Cameron McCreary, So., Colonel Crawford: McCreary moved up the scoring average ladder to second at 18.2 ppg. He maintained his lead in assists at 8.8 per game.

Jevon Dible, Sr., Upper Sandusky: Dible is seventh in N10 scoring at 15.1 ppg. He is second in steals (2.6), tied for fourth in assists (3.6) and fourth in rebounding (7.2) for the 8-2 Rams.

Zach Hayman, Jr., Mohawk: Hayman has taken over the scoring lead at 19.5 ppg. The sophomore is also averaging 3.1 assists per game and connects on 51.6 percent of his shots from the field.
