The Bucyrus Lady Redmen used a strong third period to come back from a six-point halftime deficit last night as they defeated Colonel Crawford, 60-52.
Bucyrus outscored the Lady Eagles 22-6 in the third quarter on the way to their sixth win of the season and evening their N-10 record at 5-5.
Bucyrus Kelci Simms led the way with 23 points. Gabby Siebert , Shay Orewiler and Ashton Hawkins each had 10, with Siebert and Hawkins having six each in the third period.
Colonel Crawford’s Alexus Burkhart had five 3s on her way to a game high 28 points.
Colonel Crawford won the JV game 41-20. Lydia Strouse had 10 points to lead the Lady Eagles. Kiana Zehner had nine for Bucyrus.
