The Bucyrus Ladies Invitational began setting them up and knocking them down this weekend.
On Saturday, Lisa Penwell defeated Judy Kuehne, 737-644; Deb Mason topped Joy Steurer, 676-619; Deb Higgenbotham bested Lori Angel, 646-626; Sharon Alspach defeated Barb Stauffer 656-613, Tricia Breighner got the better of Heather McLaughlin, 710-686; Patrica Horsley edeged Kim Boarder, 642-631; Morgan Swavel rolled to a 685-620 decision over Robin Pangallo; and Tacsha Ridgeway outlasted Betty Eulett, 659-652.
On Sunday in the winners’ bracket Patricia Horsley beat Deb Mason, 727- 671; Tacsha Ridgway beat Sharon Alspach, 737- 649; Lisa Penwell beat Deb Higgenbotham, 718- 665; and Tricia Breighner beat Morgan Swavel, 813 to 704.
In the losers’ bracket Joy Steurer ousted Rookie Kim Borders, 688- 642. In a very close match Betty Eulett edged four-time past champion, Barb Stauffer, 679- 676. Rookie Lori Angel knocked 2015 runner-up, Judy Kuehne out, 686- 664 Robin Pangallo ousted three-time past champion, Heather McLaughlin, 668-623
Losers’ bracket matches will continue at 5 p.m., Tuesday, at Suburban Lanes. The winner of these matches will go on to bowl Saturday.
