Crawford County was well represented when the Ohio Volleyball Coaches Association released its list of All-District 6 picks.
Four from Crawford County teams received first team honors. They were Marisa Gwinner of Galion and Jenna Siegel of Colonel Crawford in Division III and Buckeye Central’s Jenna Karl and Addison Ackerman in Division IV.
All four are juniors.
In total, 13 players from Crawford County were named to the All-District 6 teams. In addition to Gwinner, Siegel, Karl and Ackerman, they are, in Division III, Shaina Orewiler of Bucyrus, Tara Zinser of Wynford, Morgan Gregory of Galion, Samantha Mutchler of Colonel Crawford, Danielle Horsley of Colonel Crawford, Jordann Whitmore of Bucyrus; in Division IV from Buckeye Central, Baily Agin, Sarah Heydinger, and Erin Baldosser.
