Four more bowlers dropped from the original field of 16 in the Ladies Invitational at Suburban Lanes following losers’ bracket action on Tuesday.
Robin Pangallo eliminated defending champion Patricia Horsley, 755-730; Deb Mason edged Deb Higginbotham, 681-671; Tricia Breighner sent Sharon Alspach home, 716-710; and Lisa Penwell dropped Morgan Sweat, 656-626.
The tournament resumes Saturday at 1 p.m. with the following matches: In the winners’ bracket, Joy Steurer faces Kathy Watts and Heather McLaughlin takes on Renae Cox.
In the losers’ bracket, Pangallo will bowl Mason and Breighner matches up with Penwell.
