Colonel Crawford won the N-10 Championship and remained undefeated with a thrilling two-point victory, 44-42, over Buckeye Central Monday night.

Trailing by one to start the final period and by as many as three points, the Eagles made 10 of 12 free throws and Todd Entenmann made two 3-pointers to lift the undefeated Eagles to their 20th win of the year and lay claim to the first ever N-10 title.

Down by five at the half, Buckeye Central’s defense limited Colonel Crawford to just three second half field goals all from behind the arc. The Eagles converted on 18 of 23 free throws to hold off the Bucks, now 12-8 on the year and 10-6 in league play.

Colonel Crawford’s Todd Entenmann led all scorers with 21 points with Dylan Gulley adding 15. Buckeye Central was led by Austin Wurm with 14 and Seth Ollis with 11 points.

Colonel Crawford won the JV game 43-35. Casey Miller had 16 points for the Eagles; Jacob Shade had 17 to lead Buckeye Central.

In other games from the area on Monday Wynford upset Upper Sandusky, 67-59; Carey edged Bucyrus, 65-60; and Mohawk defeated Ridgedale, 73-52.
