CRESTLINE — Students exposed to the coronavirus caused the Crestline Exempted Village School District to suspend athletic activities for two weeks.
The following memo was sent to parents of student athletes in the district:
“Parents of middle school and high school athletes, cheerleaders, flag corps, and majorettes:
“We were notified that a few of our student athletes were exposed to the coronavirus at an off-campus location recently. As a result, we will be postponing all athletic and extracurricular practices for the next two weeks, until August 1. We will be working with the health department on necessary communications and return to activities protocols.
“Please monitor the health and wellness of your children during this time.”
