It was all non-conference action on area diamonds on Thursday evening.

The Colonel Crawford baseball and softball teams both claimed wins at home over Riverdale. The Eagles’ baseball team outflew the Falcons 8-7 while the Lady Eagles had few problems in picking up a 17-1 win.

Elsewhere, the Seneca East baseball team fell for just the second time this season, 19-9, to Plymouth. Plymouth also earned a softball win over the Lady Tigers, 8-7. Shelby defeated Upper Sandusky 12-0 in baseball, but the Lady Rams got a measure of revenge with a 7-1 victory over the Lady Whippets. North Baltimore won 8-3 over Carey in softball.
