Trailing by 3 points at the end of the third quarter, the Colonel Crawford Lady Eagles outscored Ridgedale 14 to 7 in the final stanza to earn a 40 to 36 victory on Ridgedale’s home court Friday evening.
Alexus Burkhart led the Lady Eagles with 12 points in a game that was tied 14 to 14 at the half.
Colonel Crawford was outscored 15 to 12 and trailing by a score of 31 to 28 at the end of the third quarter.
Ridgedale’s Carlee Blair led all scorers for the game with 18.
With the win Colonel Crawford improves to a 9 and 8 record with a 7 and 7 record in the N-10.
Renewing their Route 30 rivalry the Upper Sandusky Lady Rams bested the Bucyrus Lady Redmen 55 to 42.
Upper Sandusky’s Abigale Fogle led all scorers in the game with 22 points. Emma Smith added another 12 points for the Lady Rams.
Bucyrus’ offense was led by Kelci Simms who scored 19 points along with snagging 8 rebounds.
With the win Upper Sandusky improves to 11- 6 with a 10-4 record in the N-10.
With 10 different players scoring, the Wynford Lady Royals defeated the Crestline Bulldogs 72 to 21 in front of Crestline’s home crowd Friday night.
Of those ten scorers three made double digits with Ellie Richmond led all scorers on the night with 16 points for the Lady Royals. Alyssa Harrer and Sarah Ogden each chipped in 13 points.
Crestline was led by Sara Toy who scored 9 points on 3 three pointers.
With the win Wynford improves to an overall record of 10-7 with a 9-5 N-10 Record.
Crestline drops to a 0-17 record on the year with a 0-14 record in the N-10.
With four Carey players scoring in double digits, the Buckeye Central Buckettes had an uphill battle against the league leaders Friday night.
Shelby Kin of the Lady Blue Devils had a double-double on the night leading all scorers with 23 points while grabbing 13 rebounds on the way to a 77 to 43 victory.
Sydney Wentling scored 21 points for the Blue Devils who remain undefeated in the N-10 with a 14-0 record and a 16-1 record overall.
Sydney Kin added 18 points, and Sara Craig added 13 points for Carey.
Buckeye Central was led by Jenna Karl who scored 18 points.
With the loss Buckeye drops to a 7-9 overall record with a 6-8 record in N-10 play.
In other N-10 action Seneca East defeated Mohawk 57 to 29.
In other action around the county the Galion boys fell to Buckeye Valley 60 to 55.
