LEXINGTON — Bucyrus wrestlers traveled to Lexington Wednesday for a tri-meet with the Minutemen and Lucas.
The Redmen dropped Lexington, 51-12, and got by the Cubs, 70-12.
Bucyrus got wins against Lexington from Grady Weber, Kiyran Kershner, Dalton Barker, Sawyer Cooper, Grant Dowell, Andy Case, Daren Yaussy, and Riley Parker, all by falls.
Harper Boggs, Mason Gebhardt, and Mauricio Martinez won by decision and Kaden Vaughn won by forfeit.
Against Lucas, all the same wrestlers came away with wins. With his two wins, Dowell ran his record to 42-2 on the season.
Bucyrus will return to mat action on Saturday as they compete in the Northern 10 Athletic Conference meet at Seneca East. The meet begins at 10 a.m.
