The Bucyrus girls tennis team fell to Ontario 4 – 1 Monday.

The doubles team of Haley Fetters and Loarel Mollenkopf were the lone Redmen to defeat a Warriors team. The duo took down Ontario’s Amy Williams and Michaela Workman 2 – 6, 6 – 2, and 6 – 3.

Below are results from the tennis match at Ontario High School:

  • Ashley Coyn (Ontario) defeated Ashton Hawkins (Bucyrus) 6 – 0, 6 – 0
  • Shivane Chawla (Ontario) defeated Hadley French (Bucyrus) 6 – 0, 6 – 2
  • Alexis Shambough (Ontario) defeated Alysaa Musselman (Bucyrus) 6 – 0, 6 – 0
  • Brie Corelletti/Megan Workman (Ontario) defeated Selina Snodgrass/Celina Kelly (Bucyrus) 6 – 3, 6 – 0

Bucyrus (1 – 3) will take on St. Peter’s at home on Tuesday.
