BUCYRUS — The Bucyrus golf team defeated Mohawk Tuesday, 182-183, in a Northern 10 Athletic Conference meet at Bucyrus Golf Club. The win maintained a share of first place in the N10 for the Redmen.
Bucyrus’ Reece Zeigler was medalist with a 37. Karsen Kimmel and Grady Jackson each shot 48 for the Redmen while Kael Scott had a 49 and Gavin O’Connell carded a 50 to round out Bucyrus’ scoring.
Austin Tusing was low man for the Warriors with a 43. Reese Hannam came in with a 44 and Kael Margraf shot 46. Zach King and Evan Kuenzli each shot 50 to complete Mohawk’s scoring.
Bucyrus moves to 2-0 in the N10 while the Warriors fall to 1-2.
The Redmen resume league action on Thursday, hosting Colonel Crawford at Bucyrus Golf Club. Mohawk entertains Wynford, also on Thursday.
