BUCYRUS – The Bucyrus Girls’ Basketball Team will host its annual Redmen Girls’ Basketball Camps again this summer. The camp will be conducted from 11am to noon in the Alex Kish Memorial Gymnasium July 18, 19 and 20.
The camp will teach all fundamentals of the game of basketball with an emphasis on ball handling, passing, and shooting and are open to any Bucyrus or Holy Trinity female athletes in second through sixth grade.
The cost of camp is $5 per session. Checks should be written to the Bucyrus Athletic Boosters, with camp fees being collected each morning prior to the start of camp. Families can also pay for all three sessions at one time.
Registration forms are available on the “Camps” page under the “Extracurriculars” tab at www.bucyrusschools.org. Players should dress properly in t-shirt, shorts and basketball shoes. For information please email Coach Whitaker at twhitaker@bucyrusschools.org.
