The Buckeye Central and Colonel Crawford baseball teams took to the diamond Tuesday night and came away winners in baseball games that were postponed last week because of weather.
The Bucks edged Ridgedale by the final of 3-1. Colonel Crawford led 3-0 over Bucyrus when play resumed Tuesday and the Eagles were able to hang on for a 5-4 win over the Redmen. Carey defeated Tiffin Calvert 4-1 in a non-conference tilt.
On the softball diamond in the N10, Ridgedale downed Buckeye Central 17-7 and Upper Sandusky blanked Seneca East 12-0.
In non-conference play, Carey ran up a 22-0 win over Tiffin Calvert, Cardington-Lincoln rolled to a 16-0 win over Colonel Crawford, and Old Fort outlasted Mohawk in a slugfest, 13-7.
