With Girls High School Basketball tipping off last week in Crawford County it was the boys’ turn this week to shoot hoops underneath the gym lights of Friday night.

The Colonel Crawford Eagles set a school record for most points in a game Friday night as they defeated the Seneca East Tigers 105-56.

Five Eagles scored in double digits with Conner McCreary and Logan Sager leading the way with 16 points apiece. Nick Adams scored 15, Nate Klingenberger scored 13, and Todd Entenmann finished with 12 points for the game.

Seneca East had two players in double digits during Friday’s game with Ethan Caudill leading the way scoring 17 points and Jack Daniel scoring 11.

The Buckeye Central Bucks defeated the Plymouth Vikings 63-49 Austin Wurm and Cade Kaple scored 19 points each for the Bucks, Sam Robertson also contributed 9 points for B.C.

Plymouth was led by Tyler Taylor’s 11 points, and Tyson Beebe added 10 points to the Big Red’s first game of the season.

In other action around the county the Wynford Royals beat the Mount Gilead Indians 55-44.

Mason Davis led the Royals offensive attack with 20 points, while Jacob Glowalski added a double double with 15 pts 10 rebounds.

In other action Friday night, the Ontario Warriors beat the Bucyrus Redmen 87-44.
