The Buckeye Central boys golf team found Valley View Golf Course much to its liking on Monday and the result was a 200-220 win over its host, Crestline. The win lifts the Bucks to an overall record of 3-5 and while the Bulldogs’ mark is now at 3-7.

Buckeye Central’s Adam Krebs turned in the low score for the match with a 48. He was backed up by teammates Josh Dentinger who shot 50, Dalton Sheaffer and Luke Maxhimer who each carded 51s, and Nick Fike who had a 52. Nic Ratliff posted a 55 for Buckeye Central.

Crestline’s Zac Hatfield paced the Bulldogs with a 51. Gabe Lutz and Hunter Trent each had a 56 and Johnny Tesso rounded out the scoring with a 57. Also playing for the Bulldogs were Ethan Tharp who shot 58 and Max Anatra who turned in a 61.

Buckeye Central’s next match is Thursday at Lincoln Hills versus Mohawk in N10 play.
