ATTICA — Blaine Swartzmiller rushed for 202 yards and two touchdowns to lead Seneca East to the win. Chase Foos completed 11 of 15 passes for 135 yards and a score.
The only points for the Irish came on a safety in the first quarter.
Dalton 47, Buckeye Central 7
NEW WASHINGTON — Dalton ran out to a 33-0 lead at halftime en route to the win over Buckeye Central (0-2).
Brady Kerschner competed nine of 20 passes for 145 and a score to lead the Bucks. Avery Baldosser ran for 125 yards on seven carries, good for a touchdown.
Adam Bidlack connected on eight of 11 passes for 153 yards and two scores for Dalton (1-1). Jaiden Malone ran only two times but gained 107 yards and scored once. Ten different Bulldogs scored in all.
Upper Sandusky 40, Mount Gilead 0
UPPER SANDUSKY — The Rams scored five first-half touchdowns to build a 33-0 lead then cruised to victory.
Levi Malone hit nine of 10 passes for 217 yards and five touchdowns to lead Upper Sandusky (2-0). Nate McMillan rushed for 166 yards on 11 carries and two scores. Diego Cazares caught four balls for 126 yards and two TDs.
The Rams’ defense limited Mount Gilead (0-2) to 98 yards of total offense while Upper Sandusky had 479 total yards.
