NORTH ROBINSON — All it took was five minutes for Cody Taylor to earn the Spitzer Motors Game Changer for his performance with the Wynford Royals.

Taylor, who is the second Wynford player to earn the award in as many weeks, put the Royals on top 14-7 with 5:14 to play in the first half on a 5-yard touchdown run to put Wynford ahead of Colonel Crawford for good.

Taylor carried the ball on all four plays of the drive for 67 yards to find the endzone for that first touchdown.

As if that wasn’t enough for Taylor to change the game, he also scored on the very next possession to make it 21-7 in favor of the Royals, and then tacked on another score to end the first half with a 16-yard touchdown run to put the game completely out of reach at 35-7.

Taylor would finish the game with 17 carries for 132 yards rushing.

Congratulations to Cody Taylor of Wynford, our Spitzer Motors Game Changer during the Country Legends 1540/107.5 WBCO game of the week vs. Colonel Crawford!
