Tim Ramsey, 66, of Crestline and former Galion native passed away Thursday, December 16, 2021 at OhioHealth Marion Hospital.
He was born August 31, 1955 in Galion and was the son of the late Travis D. and Ethel L. (Hall) Ramsey. Tim is survived by his wife of 21 years, Margaret M. (Cronin) Ramsey whom he married on January 27, 2000.
Tim proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corps and attended Calvary Baptist Church in Crestline. He was a big Elvis collector and enjoyed wrestling.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by daughters, Tabitha Magrich of Tennessee, Sheri Higgins of Missouri, Crystal Pittman of California and Margaret Ramsey of Crestline; son Travis Ramsey of Crestline; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; brother David Ramsey of Shelby and his faithful canine companions, Romeo and Buttons.
The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 21, 2021 at Richardson Davis Chapel of Snyder Funeral Homes, 218 South Market St., Galion, Ohio 44833. A graveside service will follow Tuesday at 1:30 p.m. in Olentangy Cemetery, Bucyrus.
