Thelma Eileen Musselman, age 78 of Forest, passed away at Hardin Memorial Hospital on August 26, 2021. She was born February 11, 1943, in Dola to the late Marvin and Thelma (Maggret) Long.
Thelma married Dale Musselman on August 31, 1962, he survives. Also surviving are her children Teresa (Mike) McKee, Forest, and Darrin (Karla) Musselman, Patterson along with 3 grandchildren Brandon McKee, Cheyenne Musselman, and Tiffany Deorsey, 3 great-grandchildren Alex, Andrew, and Zoey, and her siblings Russell Long, and Ruth Anne Holt. She was preceded in death by a sister Marilyn Hueman. Thelma was raised by Lois R. Long.
Thelma was a member of the Forest United Methodist Church. She was a housewife and was a member of Hardin County Homemakers and Hope Chapel Grange. Thelma participated in the Hardin County Fair for over 30 years. She graduated from Forest High School class of 1961 and was a Forest Alumni Officer for over 25 years.
A funeral service will be held Wednesday, September 1, 2021, at 10:30 am in Clark Shields Funeral Home with Pastors Doug Pummell and Dennis Livingston officiating. Visitation will be held at the funeral home Tuesday, August 31, 2021, from 3-6 pm, casual attire encouraged.
