Shirley M. Nunn, 80, of Galion left our Earthly world Thursday, November 2, 2023 at Avita Galion Community Hospital.
Born many, many moons ago in Marietta, Ohio to Wesley and Elizabeth (Warfield) Nunn. She is survived by her partner in crime, Micheale Goodman and their canine prodigy, Mr. Gibbs.
Shirley was always a very hard worker all her life and enjoyed her recreational escapes just as much. You could find her fishing, painting rocks, collecting coins, sitting by fire, camping, playing in the water, or sitting around with a cold beverage, smoking and making you laugh till somebody was crying. She enjoyed her trips wherever she went, but she loved Jamaica the best.
Shirley was a lifetime member of the AMVETS Polk Township Post 1979 of Galion.
In addition to her two accomplices, she is survived by brothers, Wayne Nunn of Marietta and Ronnie (Barb) Nunn of Kentucky; sister, Judy Jarrett of Mississippi and numerous nieces and nephews.
As per Shirley’s wishes, there will be no services held. She would want to be remembered laughing and enjoying life. So make is loud, lively and enjoy it!
