Shawn Duston Blankenship, age 44, passed away unexpectedly August 26, at Bucyrus Community Hospital. Shawn was born to Dave and Alma (Heath) Blankenship July 28, 1977 in Bucyrus Ohio. Shawn is preceded in death by brothers David and Nicholas Blankenship.
Shawn is survived by his parents, Dave (Deborah) Blankenship and Alma Blankenship; brothers, Christopher (Robert) Zapior-Blankenship, Justin Blankenship, and Dustin Blankenship.
Shawn enjoyed the simple things in life like camping, spending time with his family, and working on vehicles when he could. He helped take care of his mother while her health was failing. Shawn was a homebody for the most part.
