Rosalie (Patten) Welsh, 80, of Wheeling passed away on Monday January 8, 2024. She was born on January 24, 1943 in Marion County, OH daughter of the late Ory and Ethel (Smith) Patten. In addition to her parents Rosalie was preceded in death by her sister, Sally Stratton. She is survived by her husband, Arden J. Welsh; children, Kurt Welsh, Jill (Tom) Ball, Tweed (Jacki) Welsh; grandchildren, Shannon, Lauren, Jaden and Thomas. Services and interment in Greenwood Cemetery will be private.
