Robert L. Pensinger 84 of Bucyrus and most recently of Columbus passed away on Sunday, April 11, 2021, at the Kobacker House in Columbus. Bob was born October 7, 1936, in Crestline to the late Carl W. and Marjorie (Coleman) Pensinger. He was married on March 3, 1989, to Carol (Hope) Pensinger who survives. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by sons Brad and Brett; brother Guy; and sister Judy McDonald.
Bob lived most of his life in Bucyrus and 25 years in California before returning to Bucyrus in 1990. He owned and operated Penn Auto Sales for 20 years and prior to that worked for 4 years at Crawford Auto. Bob was a graduate of Wynford High School and served in the U.S. Navy.
The family will gather at the Columbarium at Oakwood Cemetery on May 15 at 11:30 and the Munz-Pirnstill Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
