Pamela Sue (Woodall) Ballard, 70 of Bucyrus passed away on Sunday, April 11, 2021, at Ohio Health Mansfield following a brief illness. Pam was born May 29, 1950, in Bucyrus to the late Luther Woodall and Barbara (Black) Woodall who survives in Bucyrus. She was married July 24, 1976, to Randy Ballard who survives along with son Ian Bauer of Sycamore; grandson Rhiley Bauer of California; and sisters Debra (Gary) Broach of Ontario, OH and Kim (John) Stoneham of Crestline. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by brother Steven Woodall.
Pam graduated from Bucyrus High School in 1968 and Bowling Green University in 1992 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Physiology. Pam moved to Scotland following graduation from High School for 3 years and lived in various parts of Ohio and Indiana for 16 years prior to returning to Bucyrus 6 years ago. She retired in 2008 as an Executive for the Boy Scouts of America. Pam served as program director of Ransburg Scout Camp in Indiana as well as several camps in Ohio. She enjoyed traveling, going on cruises, and photography.
The family will receive friends at the Munz-Pirnstill Funeral Home on Friday from 4:00 pm until 6:00 pm. Memorial contributions can be made to Boy Scouts of American through the funeral home and expressions of sympathy can be left at www.munzpirnstill.com.
