Pamela S. Cole, 71, of Galion passed away Wednesday, February 15, 2023 at Good Shepherd Home in Ashland.
Born April 20, 1951 in Marion, she was the daughter of Claude F. and Carol (Walker) McKinnis.
She was a graduate of Galion High School in 1969 and was retired from Life Touch. Pam was a member of VFW 4329 in Galion where she was President of the Auxiliary, and was District 10 VFW Auxiliary Treasurer and Chief of Staff. She was also a member of Galion AMVETS, and was instrumental in coordinating the Galion Memorial Day Veterans Parade.
She is survived by daughter Tami (Terry) Hensley of Ontario; son Andrew (Misty) Cole of Mt. Gilead; grandchildren Terry Hensley, Jr., Tara Hensley, Samantha Cole and Eric Cole and sisters Cynthia (Harry) Koge of Bucyrus and Catherine (Alan) Price of Crestline and former spouses, Tom Hudson and Kenneth Cole.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by brothers Richard McKinnis and Wayne McKinnis.
A Celebration of Life will be held from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Saturday, March 4, 2023 at Richardson Davis Chapel of Snyder Funeral Homes, 218 South Market St., Galion, Ohio 44833.
Memorial contributions may be made to Galion Memorial Day Veterans Parade in care of the funeral home.
