Michael Allen Posey, age 36, passed away peacefully on April 18th, 2018 at University Hospital East, Columbus, Ohio surrounded by his loving Family and very special friend Alysha Smith. Michael was born on July 16, 1981 to Robert and Rebecca (Bricely) Posey Jr. at Wyandot Memorial Hospital, Upper Sandusky, Ohio.
Mike attended Holy Trinity Catholic School, grades K-8, Mike graduated from Bucyrus High School in 1999 where he played football. His most recent employment was as a Bobcat driver at Ohio Polytech. Michael loved Sports and was on a basketball team at the YMCA. He also loved Children and He coached a Children’s basketball team at the Nazarene Church this past winter.
He is survived by His Parents, younger Brother Robert W. Posey III, Daughters Malia Bryn Posey and Reese Garvin and numerous Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.
At the Families request there will be no calling hours. A Mass of the Christian Burial will be Held at Holy Trinity Catholic Church at a later date.
