Mechelle Lynn Betz, 49, passed away on Wednesday, January 18, 2023, in OhioHealth Grant Medical Center.
Mechelle was born in Galion, on March 22, 1973, to Michael and Mary (Perry) Betz and they survive in Galion.
She graduated from Galion High School class of 1991. In her spare time, Mechelle enjoyed crafting.
In addition to her parents, Mechelle is survived by brother: Mike (Danette) Betz of Galion; Niece: Mikala (Lane) Rust of New Castle, IN.; several cousins and her fur baby Maggie.
Mechelle was proceeded in death by her grandparents; William and Helen Krabill, and Carlos and Thelma Perry.
Friends may call on Wednesday, January 25, 2023, from 11:00AM – 12:00PM at Mark A Schneider-Gompf Funeral Home 303 Portland Way North, Galion. Funeral services will be held immediately follow with Pastor Steven Hodges officiating along with Deacon Chuck Taylor officiating as well.
