Martha “Mickey” J. Passet age 91 of Upper Sandusky, died at her residence on Tues. June 8, 2021.
She was born April 27, 1930, to the late Lester and Lucille (Rangler) Stansbery. She married Russell Passet on August 17, 1958, in Wesley Chapel, Mifflin Twp., he preceded her in death on Mar. 16, 2007. Surviving are sons Marvin Passet, Upper Sandusky, Lynn (Ellen) Passet, Findlay, grandchildren Ashley (Adam) Knox, Kara (Nate) Fawcett, Christina (Adrian) VanHossier, David (Kayla) Passet, Brian (Abigail) Butte, Allison (Chris Myers) Passet, great-grandchildren Kurtice, Regan, Kyle, Kaden, Nora, Morgan, Adley, Bennett, a brother Sherman (Sally) Stansbery and a sister-in-law Vera Stansbery. She is preceded in death by a grandchild Laura Passet, brothers Vernon Stansbery and Claire “Happy” Stansbery.
Mrs. Passet was a homemaker and assisted on the family farm, they established a farm tradition of selling eggs, which continues today. She was a member of the former North Salem Lutheran Church, now a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church. She was a member of the former Salem Grange. She enjoyed quilting, reading western novels, watching westerns, Perry Mason, and Columbo TV shows.
A funeral will be held on Fri. June 11, 2021, at 10:30 a.m. in the Bringman Clark Funeral Home with Pastor Lynn Passet, officiating. Interment will follow in Old Mission Cemetery.
