Lucille M. Traxler, age 89, of Nevada, Ohio, passed away on Monday, November 21, 2022 at the Millcreek Care Facility, in Galion, Ohio.

 

Lucille was born on August 25, 1933 in Bucyrus, Ohio, to Clarence and Lottie (Dawson) Traxler, both of whom are deceased.

 

She is survived by a niece Linda (Joe) Blubaugh of Crestline, a nephew, Michael Traxler of Galion, great nephew,  Colton (Amy) Traxler, great niece Hannah (Adam) Daniels, and their children, Abner Franklin Traxler, Olive Lucille Traxler, and Macoy Daniels and Conway Daniels, along with a sister in law, Garnet Traxler of Nevada, and a special friend, Cheryl Hoffman of Nevada.

 

Lucille was a devoted employee for 40 years with Kimmel Cleaners in Upper Sandusky.  She also cleaned 1st Citizens National Bank in Nevada for over 49 years, and helped many families in the community with their homes.

 

For hobbies, she enjoyed following the Cleveland Indians, and taking care of animals.

 

She will be remembered for her servants heart, and love for those around her.

 

Graveside service for Lucille Traxler will be held at 11:00am Saturday, November 26, 2022 at Nevada Cemetery in Nevada, Ohio,  with Pastor Steve Sturgeon officiating.
