Kathy Hall sincerely cared for others. Whether the many patients at the Galion Hospital, the several doctor’s offices she worked at or her beloved husband, Richard, she gave all of herself to help others.
Kathryn M “Kathy”. Hall, 78, of Galion passed away Monday, July 18, 2022 unexpectedly at home.
Born April 26, 1944 in Galion, she was the daughter of Walter and Kathryn Mary (Scherer) Miller. She married Richard L. Hall on February 1, 1964 and he survives.
She was a graduate of Galion High School in 1962 and of Marion School of General Nursing. Kathy was a LPN and worked for Dr. James Goudy’s office and several other local doctors’ offices. She loved reading and spending time with her grandchildren.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by daughters, Julie (Gene) Moyer of Galion, Terri (Cliff) Murphy of Galion; son, Richard (Stephanie) Hall of Mansfield; six grandchildren, Zachary Moyer, Andrew Murphy, Grace Murphy, Evan Murphy, Zachery Slone and Braxton Hall and a brother, Paul (Donna) Miller of Florida.
A graveside service will be held at Iberia Cemetery at 11:00 a.m. Monday, July 25, 2022 with Rev. Joe Stafford officiating.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in care of the funeral home.
