Julia A. Koons, 81, of Bucyrus passed away Wednesday, September 27, 2017 at Altercare of Bucyrus.
Born April 10, 1936 in Crestline, she was the daughter of Robert David and Jeanette Izora (Morton) Koons.
She provided child care for many families in the area. Julia enjoyed working and doing word puzzles.
She is survived by brothers Robert D. (Betty Mendenhall) Koons of Wildwood, Florida, Howard A. (Bonnie) Koons of Bucyrus, Delbert C. (Marilyn) Koons of Brokensword and Lester L. (Bonnie) Koons of Ocala, Florida; brother-in-law Jerry Campbell of Bucyrus and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by sister Ellen Campbell.
A graveside service will be held for the family at a later date.
