Joyce passed away on May 5, 2023 in Ft. Pierce, FL. She was born in Lexington, Kentucky on September 9, 1947 to John and Majorie (Bolin) Conley. Joyce lived in Morehead, KY and graduated from Rowan County High School prior to coming to Crawford County and subsequently moving to Ft. Pierce, FL to enjoy her retirement.
Joyce is survived by her husband, Ned Stuckman. She had two children: Yvette Peppard and David Black, as well as three step-children: Lynn Rose, Kim Lewis, and Jeff Stuckman. She also had ten grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Joyce worked for many years as a hairdresser in Bucyrus alongside Yvette. She was a talented quilt maker, and greatly enjoyed seashell hunting and traveling/cruising with friends and family. There will be a private celebration of life with family in Florida.
