Joseph Murtaza Najafee, age 81, of Upper Sandusky, died at Blanchard Valley Hospital on May 24, 2021. He was born October 23, 1939, in Kalaw, Myanmar, to the late Syed Hussain Najafee and Amajan Abul Ali. He married Ala A Said, and she survives in Upper Sandusky. He is survived by brothers Mustapha Najafee, Mahmood Najafee, Abess Najafee, sisters Rukia Najafee, Soghra Ahmed and Zahra Sherazee, special children Faraz Sherazee and Iman Sherazee, nieces and nephews Mazhar Sherazee, Zahir Sherazee, Jaleel Sherazee, Sophia Najafee, Hussein Najafee, Imrana Najafee and many more from other parts of the United States.
Mr. Najafee was a member of Islamic Center of Greater Toledo, Perrysburg. He had been employed at Guardian Industries, Upper Sandusky. He enjoyed gardening, cooking, and feeding people.
