Howard Peery Buck, 80, of Galion passed away Thursday, March 30, 2023 at Avita Galion Hospital.
Born October 6, 1942 in Tazewell, Virginia, he was the son of Glenn A. and Manzie (Linkous) Buck. Howard is survived by his wife of 56 years, Sandra K. (Bosh) Buck.
Howard graduated from Sparta High School and worked as a Tool & Die Machinist at HPM in Mt. Gilead for over 40 years. He was a member of Ebenezer United Methodist Church and enjoyed farming, playing guitar, playing with his grandchildren and evening rides on his four-wheeler.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by four sons, Michael (Maria) Buck of Galion, Mark (Curtis Littlegreen) Buck of Lakewood, Washington, Kevin (Sylvia) Buck of Lexington and Craig Buck of Bucyrus, Ohio; two grandchildren, Peery Buck and Emilee Buck; two brothers, Roger (Lynn) Buck of Mt. Vernon, Ohio and Steve (Ann) Buck of Fredericktown, Ohio and a mother-in-law, Helen Bosh of Galion.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter-in-law, Carrie Buck.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Ebenezer United Methodist Church or the Pulmonary Fibrosis Society in care of the funeral home.
